Our Weekend away from D.C.

We took a weekend trip down to Williamsburg, VA. Although it was neat, I realized I'm not the history nerd I thought I was. Either that, or we're just too cheap to pay over $100 for the "colonial experience." We visited Jamestown and walked down to the bay where the most exciting thing were the fiddler crabs. It was a nice view.

Since Williamsburg was kind of a bust, we drove further south down to Norfolk, VA. We found this place on accident, called the Nauticus. It has a ship called the Wisconsin that has been decommissioned.

Jaycee had fun spotting all the mermaids!
