I had to hurry and get this one written down before I forgot it. Last night after I had read Jaycee her bedtime story, I was in my bathroom getting ready for bed. Mike was reading some radiology text, probably something neuro. Jaycee has been having me spell words for her so she can write them down. Then she'll draw pictures or want me to draw a picture and she'll draw the same thing. Well, since I was in the bathroom, she was trying to get Mike to do it. He was reading and kept telling her it was bedtime, so she really needed to get back to bed. She grabbed a Narnia book off the shelf and wanted him to read that to her. He told her that was a Mom book, not a read to Jaycee book. She was really disappointed and said to him, "you can't read stories, you can't draw pictures, you can't spell, all you can do is read books with bones."
He read her a story after that!

Funny! Congrats to Mike also.
Sorry, Jaycee--that'll be the story of your life for about 8 more months!
Pretty funny that she called him on it, though!!
