We love green day! This morning, I continued our family tradition (at least it has been since Mike has been around). Since the kiddos are out of school for spring break, I made breakfast. I never make breakfast during the week, too many different schedules. We had green pancakes, and green orange juice. I know, not very original, but the kids think it's awesome! Mike took the week off last year since his parents were visiting. Mike goes a little nuts with the green, he's the one that experimented with the green o.j. and we usually have green eggs too. I just don't really like eggs, so I thought the pancakes would be okay by themselves. Tonight it's off to the OKC Blazers hockey game. This has only been a tradition since last year, and we're lucky they had a home game during break.
Chantz usually gets his head shaved into a mohawk during spring break, but Mike hasn't done it yet, I'm hoping he forgot. Although, Chantz does look pretty cool with it, and Mike really knows how to style it.
This is the "hawk" from last year's spring break, Mike's design.

What is with boys and their love of mohawks? And why doesn't it go away when they get bigger? Oh, well. Something to look forward to I guess!
