Jaycee loves to match. I mean everything. If she has a pink plate, she has to have a pink cup, and a pink fork. If a shirt is purple, then of course, purple pants must match. OK, I think that's just a little kid thing. Now, she wants to dress the same as me. At first I thought it was cute. Now, not only does she want to wear the same color shirt and pants as me, but she wants our underwear to match as well. She won't believe me when I tell her the color, I have to show her. It's a good thing I don't own any sexy lingerie!
I remeber when the boys were little, Cameron wanted he and Chantz to dress the same once in awhile. But it was not this crazy! Maybe it's just a girl thing. I don't know. Has anyone else gone through this with girls?

Be glad! My sister is 10 years younger and I used to have to take her with me and she would wear her red little mermaid shirt and flourescent pink bike shorts. It was embarassing. Think of it as teaching her how to dress properly.There are kids that want to wear all kinds of silly things out. It's a good thing.

Kara and Kamille still like to match. Not the same color of clothes necessarily but if one has a hoodie on so does the other one. If one has on gouchos so does the other. Yesterday for church, all the kids wanted to wear green. Then they wanted to Joe and I to match too. Good luck.
Yep, I've been there! It just means they still think you're cool, which is nice cause I have this feeling my kids won't always think so!
